That is why we ask you to take the time to complete the satisfaction questionnaire, which is available in the various internal and external departments (emergency, outpatient clinics, laboratory, medical imaging) or will be given to you before the end of your stay. Visits in the hospitalization units take place every day from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
In the intensive care unit, visiting hours are limited to two periods per day: from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM and from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
To respect the comfort of the patients, visits are limited to two people at a time per patient. Security personnel are present to enforce these visiting hours.
For everyone's benefit, we ask that you follow these recommendations:
Keep the number of visitors low and limit visits to short durations.
Avoid loud conversations.
Do not stay in the corridors; please use the lounges available on each floor.
Maintain cleanliness of the environment.
Turn off your cell phones, as they may interfere with the operation of certain electronic medical devices in the intensive care unit.
Avoid bringing children, due to the high risk of contagion within the hospital.
Taking pictures in the ICU or in the operative theater is strictly prohibited.
Basement: Emergency room, medical imaging, laboratory, operating theater, sterilization, kitchen, workshop, morgue, visitor restrooms.
Ground floor: Reception, admission, administration, outpatient clinics, pharmacy, medical management, quality and hygiene services.
1st floor: Intensive care unit, preoperative consultations, cath lab, echocardiography, stress test and pulmonary function test.
2nd floor: Maternity-gynecology, pediatrics and neonatal units.
3rd floor: Internal medicine, dialysis, conference room.
4th floor: Surgery, day hospital, physiotherapy, sleep unit.

We kindly ask that you park your vehicle in the parking lot located behind the hospital. It is open every day from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
We make every effort to prevent thefts. It is however strongly recommended that you ensure your vehicle is securely locked and that no valuable items are visible inside. The hospital management cannot be held responsible for any potential thefts, particularly along the main road.
The cafeteria is open on weekdays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. It is located right outside the hospital. You can access it by going through the polyclinic and crossing the pathway that leads to the parking lot. A light meal, a daily special, and beverages are served.
You can also place an order by phone (dial extension 290), and your meal will be delivered to your room.
A vending machine with salty and savory snacks as well as cold beverages is available in the waiting areas on the first floor and on the basement floor. A coffee machine is also available on the basement floor.
