We pride ourselves on achieving a door-to-catheterization time of under 30 minutes, significantly reducing risks and improving patient recovery outcomes.

Gastroenterology

The Gastroenterology and Hepatology service specializes in preventing, diagnosing and treating digestive tract and liver disorders. These mainly include conditions involving the pancreas, liver, biliary tract, esophagus, stomach, small intestine and colon, utilizing advanced techniques such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy, video capsule endoscopy, and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). 

In our unit, we perform a wide range of procedures, including polypectomy, mucosectomy, ablation of esophageal varices, and hemostasis using advanced methods such as the gold probe, hemoclips, and hemospray. We also specialize in cannulation of the biliary tract, stone retrieval, and stenting of biliary strictures. These procedures are carried out using cutting-edge techniques to ensure the highest level of precision, optimal outcomes, and exceptional patient care.

Our expert gastroenterologists employ personalized approaches to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. For patient safety and comfort, an anesthesiologist is present to administer sedation and provide continuous monitoring throughout procedures.

Additionally, the team is highly experienced in the embolization, particularly in cases of brain hemorrhage caused by arterial malformations such as aneurysms. These life-saving procedures are performed with precision and expertise, significantly improving outcomes for patients facing critical conditions.

Pulmonology - Allergology

The pulmonology and allergology service offers comprehensive care for respiratory disorders, specializing in the diagnosis and management of conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), allergies, pulmonary hypertension, respiratory infections, lung cancer and sleep-related breathing disorders. 

Our services include pulmonary function tests (spirometry at rest and after exercise, plethysmography and capacity of diffusion), bronchoscopy, and allergy testing for both adults and children. Additionally, we conduct sleep studies (polysomnography and polygraphy).
